Feedback geben konnten, welches dann bei der Überarbeitung des Konzepts aufgegriffen wurde. Nora konnte all unsere Fragen beantworten, hatte wirklich tolle Ideen, auf die wir von alleine nicht gekommen wären und uns ein tolles Konzept erstellt, welches wir nun umsetzen möchten. Auch an individuelle Budgetvorgaben wurde sich gehalten. Nora hat uns Produkte aus Shops empfohlen, die ich teils nicht kannte u. die wirklich wunderschöne Produkte führen. Erwähnen möchte ich noch, dass Nora auch praktische Aspekte mit denkt. Dies war für meinen Mann, der bei uns die Umbauten handwerklich durchführt bzw. mit begleitet, sehr wichtig. Nora konnte alle Fragen hierzu beantworten, hatte teils mehrere Alternativvorschläge. Insgesamt war Ihre Art wirklich wertschätzend, respektvoll und angenehm. Ich betone dies, da ich es auch schon einmal anders erlebt habe u. sie nie aufdringlich war, irgendein Produkt unbedingt "durchzubringen". Nora als Person habe ich auch als verständnisvoll u. menschlich erlebt und auch dies weiß ich sehr zu schätzen.
